MUSHROOM PASTA
Ingredients:
1 Packet of mushrooms
1/2 Cup of Grapeseed Oil
1/2 Cup of Soya Sauce
Packet of pasta, preferably fettuccini
1 Teaspoon Himalayan salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1 Teaspoon crushed garlic
Fresh Parsley

Method:
Fry garlic in oil. Add mushrooms, then the rest of the ingredients, add soya sauce.
Pour over cooked pasta.
Garnish with parsley.
