Mushroom Pasta

Ingredients:
  • 1 Packet of mushrooms

  • 1/2 Cup of Grapeseed Oil

  • 1/2 Cup of Soya Sauce

  • Packet of pasta, preferably fettuccini

  • 1 Teaspoon Himalayan salt

  • Freshly ground black pepper

  • 1 Teaspoon crushed garlic

  • Fresh Parsley

Method:
  1. Fry garlic in oil. Add mushrooms, then the rest of the ingredients, add soya sauce.

  2. Pour over cooked pasta.

  3. Garnish with parsley.
