Rice Pudding

Ingredients:

250 ml ( 1/2cup) Risotto white Rice 675ml (1 1/2cup) water Pinch of salt 1) 1 liter of Chalav Yisrael Milk 2) 62,5ml (1/4 cup) Chalav Yisrael Milk 100ml ( 4 tablespoons) Trump Corn Flour 125ml sugar 2ml vanilla extract Sprinkle Cinnamon

Need a 1/2 cup of white rice (for pudding or soup not basmati) risotto rice is fine & boil it in 1 1/2 cups of water with a pinch of salt on low heat, until water is evaporated. Then add 1 litre of milk, Pour milk in pot, when water is finished and add 1/2 cup of sugar, 2 vanilla or 1 tsp of vanilla extract (liquid). Stir all the time.Then pour 1/4 cup of milk in another bowl and dissolve 4 tbsp of corn flour in it. add the corn flour mixture to the rice mixture. Stir constantly until thick, medium to low heat, at least 20 minutes. Serve in 6 bowls.Sprinkle with cinnamon.serve hot or cold.
