Tuna Bake

Our first prize winner for this years' Shavuot Kosher Cook off

  • 4 Tins of Tuna

  • 1/4 cup Spring Onion

  • 1 Cup mixed mushrooms

  • Salt & Pepper to taste

  • 1/2 Cup mayonnaise

  • 1 Onion fried

  • 1 Pack puff pastry

  • Sesae seeds

  1. Fry onions and combine with the all ingredients.

  2. Roll out the de-frosted puff pastry into a rectangle.

  3. Spread tuna mixture onto middle of pastry, fold

  4. sides to meet in the middle, place on baking dish with

  5. joined seem underneath. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake till puffed and golden in colour.
